But in practice, in most departments admission is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has special days and hours for processing and issuing passports. You can go to the UVM by first registering through the State Services portal (if you have a confirmed appointment). The department will need to send an application electronically and scanned documents, following a step-by-step algorithm.
